Warrensburg Health Center
PROJECT OUTLINE
Sano-Rubin was the Construction Manager for Hudson Headwaters Health Network’s new $9.5 million, 38,000 sf health center located on Main Street in Warrensburg. The new health center provides patient care to the Adirondack region and new larger building can now accommodate much needed specialties such as behavioral health, primary care, urgent care, pediatrics, women’s health and oncology.
The project was completed in phases. The first phase included reconfiguration of the drive-thru and traffic pattern at the existing Tucker Building, which houses pharmacy and dental services, to allow for the construction of the new health center, phase two. Phase three consisted of the demolition of the existing health center to make way for additional parking to support the Center and downtown business and creating of a healing park along the river.
