Joining Sano-Rubin in 1994, Dave has spent his entire career at Sano-Rubin and is the 4th generation to manage the 108 year old company.

Along with our company participation within the community, Dave is actively involved with the American Cancer Society Real Men Wear Pink campaign, and serves as a Board Member with The Associated General Contractors of NYS, The Capital District YMCA, B’nai B’rith Foundation, the HVCC Workforce Advisory Council, and the Fort Orange Club.

John Moore
John MooreVice President of Operations
John is responsible for overseeing the Project Managers and internal operations. He is ASHE certified and offers extensive expertise on all our medical projects. John has been with Sano-Rubin since 1991.

When he is not at work, he can be found in his green-house growing tropical plants. John and his family love all things Disney and have vacationed to Disney resorts over 30 times.

Eric Coburn Sr.
Eric Coburn Sr.Vice President of Field Operations and Safety
Eric oversees all field operations and is responsible for the coordination and effective use of labor and company resources across all construction projects. Additionally, he works daily to ensure coordination of all construction activities to ensure proper and safe work procedure. Eric has been with Sano-Rubin since 1991.

Eric is the former President & Chief of the Tsatsawassa Fire Protective Company. In his free time, he enjoys restoring classic muscle cars and going on adventures with his grandchildren.

Jim Reeks
Jim ReeksVice President Of Business Development
Jim brings over 35 years of experience in the Construction and Real Estate industries. Since joining the team in 2016, he has been an integral part of Sano-Rubin’s business development efforts. Jim strengthens connections with current clients and works proactively to develop new clients and markets for the firm. His experience includes work in the industrial, higher education, medical, power generation and real estate development markets.

Jim is an avid skier and enjoys traveling with his family.

Colleen Breiner
Colleen BreinerMarketing Director
Colleen is responsible for the development and implementation of brand strategy for Sano-Rubin. Having joined the company in 1991, she works closely with estimating and project management to communicate the company’s value proposition to secure new projects.

In her free time, Colleen enjoys biking, yoga, running and rooting for her alma mater – Go ‘Cuse!

Ted Rydzewski
Ted RydzewskiChief Financial Officer
Ted serves as CFO of Sano-Rubin. He joined Sano-Rubin in 2014 is responsible for managing the accounting department as well as treasury and risk management. Before joining Sano-Rubin, Ted owned his own finance and management consulting firm.

In his personal time, Ted enjoys playing basketball, running and Tai Chi.

Sheryl Dole
Sheryl DoleDirector of Business Administration
Sheryl is responsible for the oversight and management of Human Resources, Information Technology, Contract Administration and the Administrative support staff functions for Sano-Rubin. With over 20 years of experience in construction Sheryl works collaboratively with all departments to ensure efficient, accurate and timely processing of project requirements.

In her free time, Sheryl loves to laugh and attends comedy shows every chance she gets. She also likes to travel and has visited 9 countries.
