Dave fosters a corporate philosophy of collaboration and cultivates a client-centric approach to each project. He strives to ensure our client’s receive the best building product for their schedule and budget. Joining Sano Rubin in 1994, he has spent his entire career here, and is the 4th generation to manage the 107 year old company. Prior to taking over as President, he he served as Vice President since 2004 with direct responsibility for for business development and overseeing company-wide operations. David is a currently the President of the Board of B’nai B’rith Housing Foundation. He is a Board Member of the Associated General Contractors of NYS (AGC NYS) and co-chairs the Industry Relations Committee. He is also a Board Member of the Capital District YMCA.
John Moore
John MooreVice President of Operations
John is responsible for overseeing the Project Managers and internal operations. He is ASHE certified and offers extensive expertise on all our medical projects. John has been with Sano-Rubin since 1991.

When he is not at work, he can be found in his green-house growing tropical plants. John and his family love all things Disney and have vacationed to Disney resorts over 30 times.

Eric Coburn Sr.
Eric Coburn Sr.Vice President of Field Operations and Safety
Eric oversees all field operations and is responsible for the coordination and effective use of labor and company resources across all construction projects. Additionally, he works daily to ensure coordination of all construction activities to ensure proper and safe work procedure. Eric has been with Sano-Rubin since 1991.
Jim Reeks
Jim ReeksVice President Of Business Development
Jim brings over 35 years of experience in the Construction and Real Estate industries. Since joining the team in 2016, he has been an integral part of Sano Rubin’s business development efforts. Jim strengthens connections with current clients and works proactively to develop new clients and markets for the firm. His experience includes work in the industrial, higher education, medical, power generation and real estate development markets.
Colleen Breiner
Colleen BreinerMarketing Director
Colleen is responsible for the development and implementation of brand strategy for Sano Rubin. Having joined the company in 1991, she works closely with estimating and project management to communicate the company’s value proposition to secure new projects.
Tim Ruland
Tim RulandDirector Of Estimating
Tim joined Sano-Rubin in 2019 bringing with him 29 years of preconstruction and estimating experience and is responsible for leading estimate development at all stages of design, value engineering and front-end documents review.
Ted Rydzewski
Ted RydzewskiChief Financial Officer
Ted serves as CFO of Sano-Rubin. He joined Sano-Rubin in 2014 is responsible for managing the accounting department as well as treasury and risk management. Before joining Sano-Rubin, Ted owned his own finance and management consulting firm.
Sheryl Dole
Sheryl DoleDirector of Business Administration
Sheryl is responsible for the oversight and management of Human Resources, Information Technology, Contract Administration and the Administrative support staff functions for Sano Rubin. With over 20 years of experience in construction Sheryl works collaboratively with all departments to ensure efficient, accurate and timely processing of project requirements.
